A man suffered several fractures after being ejected from a bucket truck by a passing tractor-trailer. The incident occurred on Monday afternoon, June 23rd, in Gardner, Massachusetts. As reported by WCVB, an electrical inspector was working in a bucket lift to fix a light at an intersection on Temple Street when the bucket truck was collided with by a semi-truck as it passed. The impact’s force shattered the worker’s harness, leading to his plunge from the bucket truck. The injured individual, Darrell Sweeney, suffered several broken bones from the fall, but he is anticipated to recover from the incident. The truck driver stayed at the location.
