Reefer claims being rejected

I have had 3 produce loads get rejected because of temp variance in 2 months. I followed literally all the procedures. Do you think I might be missing something in the pre-cool stage?

Double-check the pre-cool stage and ensure you're recording everything accurately. Sometimes, even minor temp fluctuations during the pre-cool can affect claims.
