Pharmacy cargo insurance

i have been doing mostly lab work for the past one year, but a pharmacy offered routes for prescription delivery. Would I need some special insurance for that kinda cargo?

You will need commercial auto insurance and maybe a good in transit coverage. But do check in with the pharmacy and insurer first

Yes, you’ll need cargo coverage that includes prescription meds. Most insurers can add it as a rider for pharmacy deliveries
