I have been running steady for about a year but the hospitals I used to work with are outsourcing to bigger courier companies now. Does anyone know how to find private lab contracts these days??

I would say try reaching out directly to local clinics, private labs and home health agencies

Try looking on courier boards or healthcare logistics platforms for like smaller lab routes

Yeah, hospitals are leaning toward large courier companies now. You might find better luck with smaller private labs or pharmacies.
