The ATA praised the U.S. House of Representatives for their approval of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act and for forwarding it to the president. The new legislation aims to aid the trucking sector by offering long-term tax stability and enhanced options for workforce training, which will help maintain the flow of goods and support the U.S. economy, as stated by the ATA. “The American Trucking Associations appreciates the efforts of Republicans in Congress and President Trump for successfully passing this extensive tax reform package,” commented Chris Spear, the president and CEO of ATA.
