Hey everyone, dealing with carrier services can be a headache. Some show up on time, others make you chase them for updates. Just curious—what’s one thing you wish all carriers did better?

I wish they were more transparent with communication. I mean, Im aware delays can happen, but an getting an update is better than being ghosted, which tends to get very frustrating
